charming boutique stay
room items attentive staff immaculate room
The attention to detail really stood out to me. simple room items like the boot brush were a nice touch. the staff answered questions at the front desk quickly. the room was cleaned immaculately each day. I appreciated this.
The shower water drained poorly. The floor was wet most of the time.

The hotel location is on a quiet street. The metro is a short walk away. sainte lazare train station is also within walking distance, about eight minutes away. i found it very accessible.

I enjoyed the room decor! the speakers in the room were a bonus. the bed was very comfy. the minibar offered a selection of beverages. This was appreciated.

helpful staff coffee machine comfortable bed
The staff were very helpful. They stored my luggage before check-in. My room included a coffee machine. This was quite enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable (i slept like a baby).
The push-button switches were a slightly surprising choice. (It's not very practical.)
